PAMS 2017(Performing Arts Market in Seoul)Under the support of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Korea Arts Management Service has been hosting PAMS(Performing Arts Market in Seoul) every October.The primary objects of PAMS are revitalization of rational distribution and exportation to oversea markets for Korean performing arts that based on diversified orientation and creation. Through the diverse programs of PAMS as showcases of selected performing arts, booth exhibitions for the promotion of art works and artistic groups, varied symposium and networking programs, all the performing arts experts are able to share the information of field and global trends for encouragement of creation and provision of performing arts.Not only complacent as distributive channel of polished art works, also PAMS desires to expand boundary of creation and distribution by offering inspiration for cooperation through intensive communication. PAMS suggests a solid vision as the representative contemporary performing art markets of Asia. On this occasion, performing artists share their expertise, experiences and their innovative idea for original inspiration. By doing so, PAMS is ambitious to be a venue of networking for market extension and audience development.

Seoul International Dance FestivalSIDance (Seoul International Dance Festival) is a regular international festival, hosted by Seoul Section of CID-UNESCO(president: LEE Jong-Ho), one of the CPI participating organizations. Ever since it was first held in year 1998, it has now reached its 20th hold in 2017. It is made through close tie and collaboration with government organs such as Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Seoul city, and Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, as well as foreign governments and embassy of each country stationed in Korea. After elected as the executive director AAPAF(Association of Asian Performing Arts Festival) in 2004 and as co-president in 2006, it now represents Korean art scene, positioning as a representative performance art festival in Asia. By doing so, SIDance aims to foster exchange between dancers and performances, organizes co-production and tour and performs perfectly as a leading entity of cultural exchange. Moreover, by collaborating with international performance art festivals. It is also taking the role of spreading out the excellence of Korean performance art throughout the world.

Seoripul FestivalThe Seoripul Festival was named after its host borough of Seocho-gu District in southern Seoul. It is one of the main art festivals in the capital, and it brings together renown artists from around the world.
Launching its nine-day run on Sept. 24 this year, there will be events spread all across Seoch-gu District, with various stages, performances, fringe events, hands-on exhibitions and even a village festival.
The highlight will be the Seocho Gangsan Parade that will straddle all 10 lanes of Banpo Boulevard, with traffic blocked for the event. Also, the world's largest sketchbook will be there for all and sundry to decorate.

Korea Sale FestaThe Korea Sale Festa takes place from Sep. 28 to Oct. 31 across the nation, where visitors can enjoy riding the Korean Wave and experience as much Korean pop culture, shopping and tourism as they like, all at the same time.
To begin, during the month-long sale non-Korean tourists will be eligible for a full range of discounts, benefits and gifts across various sectors of the economy, ranging from shopping malls, flights, bus or train tickets, hotels, cosmetics, healthcare, food and beverages, concerts, cultural events and tourist attractions. They will also be able to enjoy various festivals and other cultural events all across the country.
The Korea Sale Festa includes the Korea Grand Sale and the K Culture Fair, scheduled for Oct. 1 to 31. The K Culture Fair will introduce Korean wave-themed festivals and concerts all across the nation.

Junk User's GuideThe National Folk Museum of Korea will host a special exhibition "Junk User's Guide" from July 19.
