For emergency situations, call 119.
Cultural Partnership Initiative is sponsored and organized by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea and Arts Council Korea. It is composed of public organizations which belong to Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea, noncommercial corporations in the relevant fields and specialists in the fields of culture, arts and sports from the countries of the participants.

The participants from different countries will be able to learn Korean language and be trained in the each field during their stay in Korea.
When you are lost or in trouble, call 112.
112 is the Korean police department hotline. The number is dialed free of charge from any telephones. You can also go to http://www.lost112.go.kr to report your problems or obtain help from police. (Available in English, Japanese and Chinese)

When using a mobile phone, press the above numbers without an area code. When using the numbers from a public phone, press the red color emergency call button and press the number. Your location will be automatically identified even when you are calling from a public phone.
